We do not sell your personal information. We use the Meta Pixel to measure and improve our advertising, as described in Section 12.5. Special Handling of Sensitive Information
We recognise that Social Security Numbers, copies of identity documents and education records are among the most sensitive information we handle. The following additional rules apply to them:
5.1. We request such information only where the relevant authority expressly requires it, and only to the extent necessary.
5.2. Access is limited to Company staff and contractors who need it for work on your case.
5.3. Such information is disclosed only to the relevant authorities and, where necessary to deliver the service, to credential evaluation agencies. It is not disclosed to any other third party.
5.4. Such information is stored securely and is
deleted once your service is complete, as described in Section 8.
5.5. We do not use this information for marketing, do not share it with advertising services, and do not use it for automated profiling.
6. Payment Information
6.1. The Company
does not store payment card details. Payments for our services are processed through third-party payment services; card data is transmitted directly to the payment service and handled under its own security policy.
6.2. Government fees and other mandatory charges are paid by one of the methods agreed with you in writing: you pay them yourself using the details we provide, or you transfer the amount to us and we make the payment.
6.3. We retain records of the fact and amount of payments made, but we do not retain full card numbers or security codes.
7. Who We Share Information With
We share your information only in the following circumstances and only to the extent necessary:
Relevant authorities — the state licensing boards and departments to which your application is filed.
Credential evaluation agencies — where an evaluation is required in your case.
Service providers that support our operations: our website platform (Tilda), our client management system (Kommo), our telephony service (Ring), email services and messengers (Telegram), payment processors, and Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram), through the Meta Pixel described in Section 12. Meta does not receive the documents you send us or the contents of the forms you complete.
Government authorities — where required by law, court order or lawful request.
In a corporate transaction — in the event of a merger, sale or transfer of the business, with prior notice to you.
We require our service providers to process your information only on our instructions and to protect it.
8. Retention Periods
8.1. Copies of your documents — diplomas, transcripts, identity documents, Social Security Number, translations and completed applications — are deleted within 30 calendar days of completion of the service.
8.2. The client register — name, contact details, state, service type, dates and outcome — and payment and tax records are retained for the periods required by US accounting and tax law.
8.2.1. Records of the work performed — dates of engagement, filing and the authority's response, submission confirmations and approvals by you — are retained for 2 (two) years. Correspondence held in third-party messengers and social networks is outside our control and may be deleted by you or the platform; we do not guarantee its retention. Attachments containing personal documents are deleted within 30 days.
8.3. Contact details for which you have consented to receive communications are retained until you withdraw that consent.
8.4. Website usage data is retained for no more than 24 months.
8.5. We may retain specific information longer where the law expressly requires it.
9. How We Protect Information
We apply reasonable organizational and technical safeguards: access limited to staff on a need-to-know basis, secure document storage, encryption in transit, and routine deletion of data at the end of the retention period.
That said, no method of transmission over the internet and no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Breach Notification
If your personal information is subject to unauthorized access, we will notify you and, where required, the relevant authorities, within the timeframes and in the manner required by the law of your state of residence, including the Florida Information Protection Act.
11. Your Rights
Regardless of where you live, you have the right to:
- ask what personal information about you we process;
- obtain a copy of that information;
- request correction of inaccurate information;
- request deletion of your information, except for records we are required by law to retain;

11.1. Residents of certain states. If you live in a state whose law grants additional privacy rights — including California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas and others — you also have the right to limit the use of sensitive personal information, including your Social Security Number, and to request disclosure of the categories of information we collect and the purposes for which we use it.
11.2. We
do not sell personal information. Under the laws of some states, our use of the Meta Pixel may be considered "sharing" of personal information for targeted advertising. You may opt out at any time as described in Section 12.4.
11.3. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
11.4. To exercise your rights, write to
[email protected]. We respond within 30 calendar days and may ask you to verify your identity.
11.5. Reviews and publication of materials
By sending us a review, photograph or video, you agree to its publication on License.US websites and social media together with your name, profession and state. Consent may be withdrawn at any time by writing to
[email protected]; the material is then removed from our own channels within 10 business days. License numbers, addresses and other identifiers are never published.
11.6. Clients outside the United States
Our services are intended for licensing in the United States. Your data is processed and stored in the United States. By sending us documents from another country, you consent to that transfer and processing.

The Website uses cookies and similar technologies: strictly necessary cookies, which make the Website and its forms work; functional cookies, which remember your language and preferences; analytics cookies, which measure Website traffic; and advertising cookies, which help us measure the effectiveness of our ads.
12.2. You can disable cookies in your browser settings. Some features of the Website, including contact forms, may then not work correctly.
12.3. Meta Pixel. The Website uses the Meta Pixel, a tool provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. It records the pages you view and whether a form was submitted, together with your IP address, browser and device information, and Meta cookie identifiers. We use it to measure our advertising, to show our ads to people who have visited the Website, and to reach people with similar interests. Meta processes this information under its own Privacy Policy.
12.4. How to opt out. You can opt out by blocking cookies in your browser, by adjusting your ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings, or by writing to
[email protected] with the subject "Do Not Share My Personal Information". We will process your request within 15 business days.
13. Age Restriction
Our services are intended solely for individuals aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you become aware that a minor has provided us with their information, please write to
[email protected] and we will delete it.
14. Links to Other Websites
The Website may link to third-party resources, including the websites of state authorities and our affiliated brands. We do not control their content or privacy practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of every website you visit.
15. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date. We will notify you of material changes by email or by a prominent notice on the Website before they take effect.
